About the position

As an Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the challenges of digitization by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financial Management. You will facilitate design workshops, lead project teams, and provide innovative solutions to enhance clients' Record to Report (R2R) processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and inspire teams will be crucial in delivering integrated Oracle solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements.
  • Demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
  • Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes to transform their business with Oracle.
  • Spot strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches to sidestep problems.
  • Provide clients with design options using prototypes.
  • Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to create standout Record to Report solutions powered by Oracle Cloud.
  • Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions.
  • Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.
  • Build trust with clients, teammates, and managers to ensure project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle features to provide the best solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (including General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
  • Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
  • Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.

  • Experience with other Oracle Cloud products.
  • Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
  • Strong project management and delivery skills.
  • Experience in designing business processes and leading configuration workshops.
