About the position

As an Oracle Cloud Financial Manager at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the challenges of digitization. This position involves leading projects and teams to implement Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly focusing on Record to Report (R2R) processes. You will facilitate design workshops, recommend robust designs, and ensure the successful deployment of Oracle solutions, all while leveraging your analytical and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements.
  • Demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
  • Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes to transform their business with Oracle.
  • Spot strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches to sidestep problems.
  • Provide clients with design options using prototypes.
  • Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to create standout Record to Report solutions powered by Oracle Cloud.
  • Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions.
  • Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.
  • Build trust with clients, teammates, and managers to ensure project delivery.
  • Continuously grow skills to assist with business development and sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (including General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
  • Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
  • Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
  • If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.
