The Oracle Cloud Fusion Developer position at Sage IT Inc is a remote contract role focused on developing and implementing solutions for the Individual Compensation Plan (ICP) project. The primary responsibility will be to create a custom APEX application that integrates with a customer table and custom workflows, which is the top priority for this role. The developer will also be tasked with creating dashboards as requested by customers and troubleshooting ticketing issues related to payroll, as well as building reports that require coding expertise. Candidates must possess senior-level experience in Oracle Cloud System Development, with a deep understanding of developing custom solutions using Platform as a Service (PaaS) services in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This includes proficiency in technologies such as Available-to-Promise (ATP), APEX, PL/SQL, and SQL, as well as the ability to develop solutions from scratch. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is essential, along with experience in integrating web services and APIs. The role also requires knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools, as well as strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, jQuery, HTML, and JavaScript. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should have decent communication skills, although the role is not customer-facing. The ability to be proactive, take initiative, and tackle projects independently is crucial.
