About the position

The Oracle Cloud HCM Developer at Accenture Federal Services is responsible for implementing Cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM products. This role involves working closely with project teams and client stakeholders to customize and develop solutions, including RICEW customization design, development, unit testing, and data conversion. The developer will also support product and integration testing as needed, contributing to the overall mission of enhancing government operations through technology.

Responsibilities

• Implement Cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM products.
• Design and develop RICEW customizations.
• Conduct unit testing and data conversion.
• Support product and integration testing as required.

Requirements

• 3 years hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula Development.
• Experience with developing customizations such as BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, Page Composer, and Transaction Design Studio.
• Experience configuring Oracle HCM DFFs/EFFs.
• Data conversion experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
