The Oracle Cloud HCM Developer will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement Cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud products. The Oracle HCM Cloud Developer will be directly responsible with RICEW customization design, development, and unit testing, as well as data conversion. The Oracle HCM Cloud Developer will also support product and integration testing as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Implement Cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM products.
- Design, develop, and unit test RICEW customizations.
- Perform data conversion.
- Support product and integration testing.
Requirements
- 3 years hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula Development.
- Experience with developing different types of customizations, such as BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, Page Composer, Transaction Design Studio.
- Experience configuring Oracle HCM DFFs/EFFs.
- Data Conversion Experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
