About the position

The Oracle Cloud HCM Developer at Accenture Federal Services is responsible for implementing Cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM products. This role involves customization design, development, unit testing, and data conversion, as well as supporting product and integration testing. The developer will collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to drive positive change in government operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM products.
• Design and develop RICEW customizations.
• Conduct unit testing and data conversion.
• Support product and integration testing as needed.

Requirements

• 3 years hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula Development.
• Experience with developing customizations such as BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, Page Composer, and Transaction Design Studio.
• Experience configuring Oracle HCM DFFs/EFFs.
• Data conversion experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
