About the position

We are seeking highly qualified Oracle HCM Technical Consultants / Reports Developers with strong proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports to meet the business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and the ability to advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems. The consultant will assist the Oracle HCM Functional Team in making necessary changes to ensure the application operates effectively within the Fusion Environment. Candidates should have experience in HDL, Fast formulas, Extracts, and BI Reports, as well as a background in migrating data from legacy systems. They will also assist clients in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios, and developing test scripts for Fusion HCM projects. Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Template is essential, along with strong knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL. The role demands excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Cloud HCM, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and document reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report development and usage.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new report functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant / Reports Developer.
• Proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Experience in HDL, Fast formulas, Extracts, and BI Reports.
• Experience in migrating data from legacy systems.
• Strong knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Template.
• Good hands-on experience with BIP & OTBI, Dashboard Reports.
• Experience with Oracle Report Tool, Extract, OIC, Personalization & Customization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
