About the position

The Oracle Cloud HCM Technical position is responsible for the system administration and reconciliation of payroll administration functions, including payroll setup, rules, accounting mapping, system integration monitoring, and reconciliation. This role supports the implementation of the client's Oracle Fusion HCM payroll and time & labor system, collaborating with finance teams for system administration, reconciliation, and reporting support. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in payroll business functions and the ability to work effectively with project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform system administration and reconciliation of payroll administration functions.
  • Support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM payroll and time & labor system.
  • Work with finance teams to provide system administration, reconciliation, and reporting support.
  • Monitor system integrations to support accounting operations.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, human capital management, economics, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
  • 4 years' experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management, Payroll and Financial ERP implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll and accounting systems and processes, SQL, and Microsoft Office Product Software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or its equivalent with relevant experience.
