About the position

The Oracle Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing Functional Lead Consultant will be responsible for providing functional design solutions for the Manufacturing work stream within Oracle Cloud. This role involves configuring and supporting the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing system, troubleshooting production issues, and leading new implementations and enhancements. The consultant will collaborate with business partners to improve existing processes and ensure effective use of Oracle applications functionality.

Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle Cloud Functional design solution for the Manufacturing work Stream.
• Configure and support the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing system with a global footprint and complex system.
• Lead in troubleshooting and analyzing production issues, including documentation of the root cause and configuration changes required to resolve.
• Lead efforts for new implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Collaborate with core business partners to identify efficiencies in existing processes utilizing system configurations and automation.
• Create service requests with Oracle and work with developers, DBAs, and Oracle to resolution.
• Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite of Modules.
• Interpret and convert data based on business requirements and shepherd the data for delivery.
• Work with existing systems to track and manage issues and enhancement opportunities.
• Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts and perform functional testing.
• Understand and modify the Application Configuration as required (includes system setups, flex-fields, profile options, etc.).
• Conduct user sessions for requirements and testing.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in implementing Oracle R12/Cloud ERP.
• Completed at least (2) full life cycle Oracle R12/Oracle Cloud Fusion Projects implementations as a Functional Lead / Analyst.
• Prior hands-on functional experience working with Functional design.
• Experience working with the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Prior project experience in a Functional Solution Architect capacity is preferred.
• Solid client-facing experience, including leading assessments, demos, solution architecture, and functional solution design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
