About the position

The Oracle Commerce Cloud Developer role at Apexon involves implementing and supporting Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) solutions for both B2B and B2C environments. The position requires expertise in front-end development and a strong understanding of e-commerce project cycles, focusing on customization and integration of various e-commerce features. The developer will also provide production support and assist in enhancing the OCC environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support, including issue triaging and bug fixes for B2B and B2C portals.
• Support development, estimation, and enhancement work.
• Handle integration with Oracle systems (Cloud ERP, Retail Applications).
• Assist with OCC environment patching and Oracle patch assessment.
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) to Client IT support Team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) and its OSF framework.
• Experience in front-end development using ReactJS, NodeJS, and CSS.
• Completion of two full e-commerce project cycles on OCC.
• Experience in customizing OCC's Server Side Extensions (SSE).
• Proficiency with software engineering tools such as IDEs, debuggers, and GIT.

Nice-to-haves

• Integration experience with Oracle Retail Order Management System (OROMS), Oracle SCM, and other Oracle Retail Applications.
• Basic knowledge of Java Spring Boot and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
