About the position

The Oracle Consulting Change Management Lead (Sr. Manager) at Huron Consulting Group is a senior-level position that combines project management, team leadership, and client engagement. This role focuses on driving organizational change and implementing cloud ERP technology solutions, particularly Oracle Cloud. The Senior Manager will engage with clients throughout all project phases, from pursuit to delivery, while also mentoring team members and contributing to practice development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing engagements through all project phases, ensuring successful delivery of change management strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations and project goals.
  • Conduct intensive data analysis to provide impactful recommendations for clients.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Develop and implement training strategies and materials for client organizations.
  • Engage in organizational change management related to cloud ERP technology adoption, focusing on risk and impact analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for value creation based on a deep understanding of client challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change and communications strategy and planning.
  • Expertise in change management risk analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessment.
  • Experience with cloud ERP technology adoption, preferably Oracle Cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience in training strategy, planning, design, creation, and delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills to develop and grow team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a variety of consulting environments and industries.
  • Familiarity with additional cloud technologies beyond Oracle Cloud.
