The Oracle Consulting Change Management Lead (Sr. Manager) at Huron Consulting Group is a senior-level position that combines project management, team leadership, and client engagement. The role focuses on driving organizational change and implementing cloud ERP technology solutions, particularly Oracle Cloud. The Senior Manager will be involved in all project phases, from pursuit to delivery, and will mentor team members while contributing to practice development and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing engagements through all project phases, ensuring successful delivery of change management strategies.
• Manage project teams and oversee project management activities to meet client objectives.
• Conduct intensive data analysis to implement impactful recommendations for clients.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Engage in practice development activities to enhance the consulting practice.
• Perform organizational change management activities related to cloud ERP technology adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change and communications strategy and planning.
• Expertise in change management risk analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessment.
• Experience with cloud ERP technology adoption, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience in training strategy, planning, design, creation, and delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills to develop and grow team members.
