About the position

The Senior Manager at Huron plays a crucial role in driving strategic growth and transformation for clients through project management, team leadership, and direct client engagement. This position involves overseeing client-facing projects from initiation to delivery, conducting intensive data analysis, and implementing impactful recommendations. Senior Managers also focus on practice development, mentoring team members, and managing organizational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing engagements through all project phases from pursuit to delivery.
  • Manage projects and ensure effective execution of strategies and recommendations.
  • Conduct intensive data analysis to inform decision-making and recommendations.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee practice development initiatives and contribute to organizational tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change and communications strategy and planning.
  • Expertise in change management risk analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, engagement, and strategic communication.
  • Organizational Change Management experience related to cloud ERP technology adoption, preferably Oracle Cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience in training strategy, planning, design, creation, and delivery.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
  • Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on client challenges.
