About the position

The Oracle Consulting Change Management Lead (Sr. Manager) at Huron Consulting Group is a senior-level position that combines project management, team leadership, and client engagement. This role involves significant client interaction throughout all project phases, from pursuit to delivery, and focuses on implementing impactful recommendations through intensive data analysis. The Senior Manager will also contribute to practice development and mentor junior team members, ensuring effective organizational change management, particularly in cloud ERP technology adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing engagements through all project phases, ensuring successful delivery of change management strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Conduct intensive data analysis to provide actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members and coachees to enhance their skills and professional development.
  • Develop and implement training strategies, planning, design, and delivery for client teams.
  • Engage in organizational change management related to cloud ERP technology adoption, focusing on risk and impact analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for value creation based on a deep understanding of client challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change and communications strategy and planning.
  • Expertise in change management risk analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessment.
  • 5+ years of experience in training strategy, planning, design, creation, and delivery.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills to develop and grow team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud technology is preferred.
  • Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation.
