About the position

The Oracle Consulting Change Management Lead (Sr. Manager) at Huron Consulting Group is a senior-level position that combines project management, team leadership, and client engagement. The role focuses on driving organizational change and communication strategies, particularly in the context of cloud ERP technology adoption. The Senior Manager will engage with clients throughout all project phases, from pursuit to delivery, and will be responsible for mentoring team members and contributing to practice development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing engagements through all project phases, ensuring successful delivery of change management strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Conduct intensive data analysis to implement impactful recommendations for clients.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Engage in practice development activities to enhance the consulting practice's capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change and communications strategy and planning.
  • Expertise in change management risk analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, engagement, and strategic communication.
  • Experience with cloud ERP technology adoption, preferably Oracle Cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience in training strategy, planning, design, creation, and delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills to develop and grow team members.
