About the position

The Oracle Conversion Lead is responsible for providing techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion applications, focusing on both technical configurations and business process requirements. This role involves report development, integration support, requirements gathering, testing, and documentation, ensuring effective data conversion processes and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion applications, addressing technical configurations and business process requirements.
• Design and build custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
• Work on integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions within Oracle Fusion.
• Conduct and support UAT, data validation, and system testing for conversions and reporting solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of data conversion processes, configuration settings, and reporting standards for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including data conversion and reporting.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge in Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM).
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS reporting tools.
• Experience with data migration, transformation, and integration tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
