About the position
The Oracle CPQ Sales Analyst role at Life Fitness is a hybrid position within the Global IT team, focusing on supporting the Sales and Marketing departments through the administration and development of the Oracle CPQ application. This position involves managing the full project life cycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and support, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of global end users and enhance customer experiences. The analyst will work closely with both domestic and international users, providing technical support and collaborating with Salesforce managed services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions and integrations with Oracle CPQ and other Sales and Marketing systems
- Develop custom code and objects using the CPQ developer toolkit, such as BML, BMQL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
- Answer functional/technical questions regarding Oracle CPQ
- Perform functional testing of modifications
- Research future CPQ releases and assist in implementation of new functionality
- Create and maintain setup and process documentation
- Perform user maintenance as needed
- Deliver report and dashboard support
- Implement and maintain customer and partner communities
- Configure and customize CPQ features such as rules, recommendations, pricing, workflows, approvals, and quote management
- Develop web services API integrations with other systems such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS ERP, and related business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle CPQ functionality and performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders
- Document and maintain Oracle CPQ configuration and development standards and best practices
- Closely collaborate with Salesforce Managed services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-plus years of overall experience configuring, developing and managing Oracle CPQ
- Strong Sales and Marketing business process definition background
- Proficient in CPQ developer toolkit, such as BML, BMQL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
- Experience in Oracle Asset Based Ordering
- Experience in web services API development and integration with other systems
- Knowledge of CPQ business processes and best practices
