About the position
The Oracle CX Cloud Architect is responsible for leading and advising on projects that involve the Oracle CX Suite of products, including CX Sales, Service, and Marketing. This role focuses on delivering Oracle CX Cloud applications in cross-functional environments, integrating with various applications such as CPQ, Subscription Management, SCM, Procurement, and Financials. The position requires a strong background in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud, with a proven track record in solution architecture and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on projects involving the Oracle CX Suite of products.
- Deliver Oracle CX Cloud applications in cross-functional environments.
- Integrate with applications such as CPQ, Subscription Management, SCM, Procurement, and Financials.
- Define project estimation and team structure.
- Provide leadership and solution architecture definition for projects.
- Implement global designs in multi-language and multi-currency environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
- At least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud.
- 5 project implementations utilizing CX/CRM and SCM functionality.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodology and leading delivery teams.
- Proven track record in leadership roles and solution architecture definition.
- Experience in global design and project implementations.
Nice-to-haves
- CPQ skills would be a plus.
