  • Experience with Oracle CX products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with global compliance and regulatory requirements affecting the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Ability to analyze Lead-to-Revenue processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with core finance system implementation and optimization.
