About the position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle CX Cloud solutions, specifically in Sales, and a strong understanding of customer experience strategies. This role is pivotal in providing expert guidance and support to our clients in leveraging Oracle solutions to meet their business needs, ensuring successful implementations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) solutions.
• Design and deliver sales processes, workflows, and data models.
• Integrate OSC with other Oracle CX Cloud solutions (e.g., Marketing, Service).
• Conduct sales process assessments and provide recommendations.
• Understand customer needs and develop solutions to enhance their experience.
• Design and implement CX strategies across sales, marketing, and service.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement Oracle CX Cloud solutions (Sales, Marketing, Service).
• Understand Oracle CX data models, APIs, and integrations.
• Configure, customize, and test Oracle CX solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g., SaaS, PaaS).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud implementation.
• Oracle CX Cloud certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience working with CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
