Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
  • A minimum of 3 or more years of Oracle DBA experience in a production environment
  • A minimum of 2 or more years of SQL programming and performance tuning
  • A minimum of 2 or more years of Backup/Recovery
  • A minimum of 2 or more years shell scripting (Linux/Unix)

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant DB certifications
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Oracle, Azure, Google)
  • Experience with other DB platforms
  • Willingness to undergo future background check/clearance processes if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Handle multifunctional database projects.
  • Administer development/test databases.
  • Design, implement and maintain new databases.
  • Perform backup/recovery and configuration management.
  • Install database management systems (DBMS) and related software tools.
  • Submit input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.
