About the position

The Oracle Database Administrator role is a temporary position based in Tallahassee, FL, requiring full-time onsite presence. The primary focus is on leading design and development efforts for systems integrations, ensuring effective coordination with technical and vendor leads, and supporting project management throughout the development lifecycle. The role demands a strong background in programming, systems analysis, and integration methodologies, with a commitment to maintaining high standards in software testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development efforts for systems integrations.
• Coordinate with technical and vendor leads for large technical implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and deployment architecture.
• Support project management and integration architecture throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead product deliverables testing and validation.
• Develop plans for software testing phases (e.g., smoke and compliance tests).
• Plan deployment strategy and monitor systems for standards compliance.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL.
• Experience in programming and systems analysis with a focus on application, system architecture, and development (3-5 years).
• Experience integrating third-party vendor systems with county and other third-party systems.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with integration methods and technologies such as web services, APIs, and file-based methods.
• Experience with systems architecture, integration architecture, data concepts, and IT standards.
• Experience developing software integration solutions in enterprise environments.
