About the position

Join Randstad Digital as an Oracle Developer, where you will play a crucial role in driving innovative projects within the Broker Dealer Regulatory Reporting Technology function. This position focuses on replacing legacy systems with an efficient technology stack, automating the daily report generation process, and ensuring accurate reporting to regulatory bodies. Responsibilities

• Design & develop database solutions and enhancements for automating regulatory report generation processes for Broker Dealer business.
• Performance tuning of existing applications to enable fast and reliable intraday activities for end users.
• Contribute actively to the application lifecycle, including maintenance, release management, and critical bug fixing to ensure error-free delivery of software solutions.
• Communicate effectively to obtain agreement between business partners and escalate issues as needed to keep execution activities on track.
• Troubleshoot problems in production and lower environments.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Project Manager, and other Agile team members.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in database development with Oracle 12c/19c, including efficient SQL, performance tuning, and debugging skills.
• Good understanding of data warehousing tools such as Informatica with efficient data transformation and processing skills.
• Familiarity with job schedulers like Autosys, Python programming language, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Domain knowledge of Investment Banking and regulatory reporting.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to take direction and lead when necessary.
• Ability to contribute constructively in discussions and work with competing ideas to achieve project success.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile principles.
