About The Position
Yakshna Solutions, Inc. (YSI) is seeking a highly qualified Oracle DBA/Developer to join our team as a Senior Systems Engineer. This position is based in Springfield, IL, and offers a hybrid work environment. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and evaluating standards, requirements, and schedules for multiple client projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and demonstrate innovation in a fast-paced environment. The role requires effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration within the systems development team and with various stakeholders. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing technical and functional requirements, managing development schedules, and ensuring seamless integration and coordination between projects. You will also be tasked with maintaining technical and programmatic baselines of ongoing client initiatives, anticipating system interface requirements, and enforcing configuration control processes. Your input and analysis will be vital in the technical design of both physical and logical systems, and you will be expected to make technical recommendations for system implementations. In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain architectural documents, support the DoDAF framework, and lead the DCBS developer and ISSM resources. You will also support the RMF, Security Assessment Plan, and development processes while ensuring compliance with Change Control Board (CCB) processes. Your role will involve coordinating and facilitating Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) with mission stakeholders, providing system and database administration, and offering technical support and configuration management operations.
