Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Oracle DBA with a Secret clearance to support KMS and our government customer in Montgomery, AL. The role involves providing production-level Oracle DBA and Linux System Administrator support for the CMOS databases and servers hosted in DISA. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering database software services for Software Change Requests (CRs) and sustainment activities, ensuring that database solutions are effectively implemented for application CR and sustainment activities using Oracle Database software. In this position, the Oracle DBA will create, modify, and utilize database procedures, processes, queries, triggers, scripts, and views. The role also includes assisting database developers by providing system and database engineering support for development, test, and production activities required for each software release. This encompasses server preparation, software loads, database performance optimization, and establishing communications with interface partners. Additionally, the DBA will troubleshoot and repair database communication issues as they arise. A Secret clearance is required for this position, reflecting the sensitive nature of the work involved.
