About the position

The Oracle DevOps with Site Reliability role focuses on managing and optimizing Oracle databases and applications, ensuring high availability and performance. This full-time position requires expertise in Oracle database technologies, automation, and site reliability engineering, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and performance tuning in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Oracle database 19c and EBS suite 12.2.
• Oversee FMW SOA applications 12c and ensure their reliability.
• Utilize OEM tools for monitoring and management of Oracle environments.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Resolve performance issues related to transactional and data replication processes.
• Configure and test disaster recovery (DR) setups for Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with cloud services such as Oracle Cloud, Azure, and AWS for integrated solutions.
• Develop scripts using Python and Shell for automation tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle database 19c and EBS suite 12.2.
• Familiarity with FMW SOA applications 12c.
• Experience with OEM tools for database management.
• Strong background in automation and site reliability engineering.
• Knowledge of Oracle Exadata, RAC, and DR configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues with large data volumes.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud, Azure, and AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Shell.
