About the position
The Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant role is designed for a senior professional with extensive experience in Oracle EBS HRMS. The consultant will work onsite in Long Island City, NY, and will be responsible for leading integration efforts, managing offshore teams, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires a blend of technical and functional expertise in HRMS, along with strong customer handling skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration efforts for Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Manage offshore teams of over 40 members.
- Conduct cadence calls with customer stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on support in OAF, PL/SQL, Reports, WF, AME, and Fast Formula.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (not Cloud HCM).
- Hands-on experience with integrations, OAF, PL/SQL, Reports, WF, AME, and Fast Formula.
- Strong customer handling experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
