About the position

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Oracle ERP Cloud Procure to Pay (P2P) Business Analyst to join its digital transformation team. This role involves configuring Oracle Cloud modules, understanding Procure to Pay business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to document requirements and implement solutions. The analyst will also provide support and training to business users, ensuring optimal operational performance and facilitating communication between business areas and IT.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Cloud modules within the Procure to Pay workstream.
• Train others on multiple processes and create necessary process flows and training documents.
• Recommend ways to streamline and improve business capabilities.
• Complete Business Process Modeling to deliver strategic business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business, system integrator, and IT resources.
• Lead and participate in testing activities, providing input into test plans and writing test scripts.
• Document and model 'as is' and 'future state' business processes.
• Support Business SMEs through training and new changes.
• Lead the Quarterly Release process for the Procurement module.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain/Finance, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of Business Analyst or related experience, especially with Oracle technology in Procurement.
• Experience participating in a full end-to-end Oracle implementation.
• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS Procurement modules.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
