About the position

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Oracle ERP Cloud Procure to Pay (P2P) Business Analyst to join its digital transformation team. This role involves configuring Oracle Cloud modules, understanding Procure to Pay processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and support of business systems. The analyst will play a key role in project management, testing, and training, while also identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Oracle Cloud modules within the Procure to Pay workstream, ensuring understanding of upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Train others on multiple processes and create necessary process flows and training documents.
  • Recommend ways to streamline and improve business capabilities in adherence to best practices.
  • Complete Business Process Modeling to deliver strategic business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and write functional designs.
  • Act as an owner of the Procure to Pay specific Oracle modules through project methodology.
  • Identify and raise project dependencies and critical paths to PMO and workstream leaders.
  • Facilitate meetings and own outcomes, acting as a liaison between business and IT resources.
  • Lead and participate in testing activities, creating and executing test cases and scenarios.
  • Support Business Subject Matter Experts through training and error resolution processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain/Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of Business Analyst or related experience, particularly with Oracle technology in Procurement.
  • Experience in full end-to-end Oracle implementation.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS Procurement, especially within the Procure to Pay workstream.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and act as a change agent.
