About the position
The Oracle EPM Developer (EPBCS) role is focused on implementing and supporting various modules of Oracle's Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) and related cloud services. The position requires extensive experience in Oracle EPM solutions, particularly in financial planning, budgeting, and integration, to enhance the financial processes of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support EPBCS modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects.
- Support Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCM).
- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations.
- Conduct at least one full life cycle Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation.
- Create forms, OIC Integrations, and complex Business Rules.
- Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Stay updated on Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionalities to enhance current processes.
- Collaborate with internal clients using agile methodologies and design thinking approaches.
- Work with FP&A to facilitate Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting processes.
- Create and maintain both functional and technical system documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting EPBCS modules.
- Experience with Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCM).
- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- At least one full life cycle Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation experience.
- Experience in creating forms, OIC Integrations, and complex Business Rules.
- Ability to understand dependencies and interrelationships within Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Proven collaboration skills with internal clients in an agile environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Consolidation (EDMCS).
- Experience with Python and AWS Cloud services (Lambda, Step functions, EventBridge, etc.).
