About the position

The Oracle EPM Consultant position at Performance Architects involves working within the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice, engaging in various stages of project lifecycles. The role offers opportunities for professional development and advancement, requiring hands-on expertise in both business and technical analysis, as well as solution development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and training.
• Engage in business and technical analysis to develop effective solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to shape the future of the Oracle EPM practice.
• Provide support in financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required.
• 2 to 5 years of previous work experience in business or IT field required.
• Minimum one year of development experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion, PBCS, EPBCS, EPM Cloud) solutions.
• Functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and/or account reconciliation.
• Working knowledge in MS Office required, with advanced skills in MS Excel preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices preferred.
• Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle preferred.
