Prologis Ventures invests in logistics innovation and technology companies to modernize supply chains worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing implementations of Oracle EPM modules at a global organization and exhibit exceptional project management skills to ensure successful deployment and integration within current environments. A basic understanding of the core business processes in-scope: including Close, Consolidation, Intercompany Eliminations, Account Reconciliation & Financial Reporting is a plus. Candidate will have extensive experience and understand full implementation life cycle of an Enterprise Financial Systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle EPM implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain effective communication channels to manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising technical consultants, business analysts, and subject matter experts. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate a collaborative working environment.
  • Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies to address issues proactively, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and quality.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the established quality standards and align with company requirements. Conduct regular reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews, to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle EPM or ERP implementations. Proven track record of managing multiple full-cycle Oracle EPM or ERP projects successfully.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM suite, including modules such as Financial Consolidation and Close and Account Reconciliations. Familiarity with data integration tools and reporting solutions is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred. Experience with Smartsheet is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with internal and external technical teams, business stakeholders and Leadership/Steering Committee.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges and deliver effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success in a dynamic environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cloud-based EPM or ERP solutions.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and regulations relevant to EPM implementations.
  • Certification in Oracle EPM or related technologies.
