About the position

The Oracle EPM Senior Consultant at Infosys is responsible for providing application maintenance support for Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS. This role involves interfacing with key stakeholders, managing incidents and tickets through the ServiceNow tool, and ensuring effective usage of Oracle EPM applications. The consultant will also enhance application architecture, automate processes, and provide on-call support for high-priority issues while adhering to Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide application maintenance support for Oracle EPM Cloud modules like EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS.
• Interface with key stakeholders and manage incidents/tickets received through ServiceNow.
• Provide solutions for ticketed issues in Oracle EPM Cloud modules.
• Coordinate with 3rd party applications team for integration of Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Resolve configuration issues and coordinate with application vendor and Oracle support teams.
• Monitor daily batch/utility operations and fix any occurring issues.
• Enhance current application architecture by implementing new functions and improvements.
• Automate recurring processes or tasks to enhance work efficiency.
• Provide both technical and functional subject matter expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Maintain application architecture landscape documentation.
• Be available for on-call support of high priority issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, or work experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementation, development, and support projects related to Oracle EPM Applications.
• Good experience in Oracle EPM Cloud functional expertise in one or more modules of EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDM, PCMCS.
• Hands-on experience in financial month or period end activities.
• Sound knowledge of budgeting cycles, reconciliation, and other process disciplines.
• Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

Nice-to-haves

• Direct client interaction experience during transition and review phases.
• Experience in functional testing or automated testing in Oracle EPM Modules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience working in US Utility companies and exposure to their business flows and regulations.
