About the position

The Oracle Cloud Project Manager at Terillium is responsible for leading a team of consultants and client personnel in the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP projects. This role requires extensive project management experience, a strong understanding of technology, and the ability to facilitate ERP solutions across various business units. The Project Manager will collaborate with client-side project managers to ensure effective project planning, communication, and issue management, while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of consultants and client personnel on Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with client-side project managers on project planning and communications.
  • Manage project issues, risks, and escalations effectively.
  • Track project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
  • Develop detailed project plans with critical paths and milestones.
  • Participate in proposal preparation and develop project estimates and staffing plans.
  • Provide performance feedback and mentorship to project team members.
  • Stay updated on project management methodologies and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Oracle Cloud Project Management (SaaS / Fusion) experience.
  • 5+ years of business analyst experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Applications (EBS, JDE).
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years managing ERP implementations.
  • Experience managing at least two full Oracle Cloud Project Lifecycle implementations.
  • Experience working for a Consulting Services organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP Implementation Methodologies including AIM.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of Oracle OUM is a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing large, complex projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
