About the position
Terillium is seeking a senior-level Oracle Cloud Technical/Developer Lead to provide leadership and architect technical solutions for strategic Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS) projects. This role involves leveraging Oracle's cloud platform and other technical tools to deliver high-quality service and innovative solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, lead technical tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members while keeping up with industry standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical/development leadership on strategic Oracle Cloud projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and requirements.
- Monitor implementation activity to ensure best practices and design principles are upheld.
- Ensure implementation solutions support architecture objectives such as availability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Understand overall project methodology and its relation to the development life cycle.
- Prioritize tasks while maintaining project scope.
- Utilize advanced leadership skills in persuasion, influence, conceptualizing solutions, and problem-solving.
- Communicate complicated technical concepts effectively to a broad group of stakeholders.
- Produce technology roadmaps in support of Terillium's vision and strategy.
- Coach and mentor Cloud Technical team members.
- Continuously pursue advanced level technical acumen.
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and initial implementation models.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years Oracle Cloud Development (SaaS / Fusion) experience
- 3-5 years of business analyst experience
- 4+ years of Oracle (EBS) Application experience
- 2+ Full Life Cycles Oracle Cloud/On Premise Implementations
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field

- Experience with other ERP platforms
