About the position

The Oracle ERP Consultant role involves collaborating with global and regional business partners to document business needs and requirements, particularly in the context of process manufacturing and Oracle ERP systems. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to design solutions, support testing activities, and assist in training and documentation efforts, all while adhering to IT governance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Global and Regional business partners to document business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with business subject matter experts, business users, solution architects, and functional specialists to define and document business processes.
• Comprehend and document decision support needs in collaboration with management and business operations units.
• Design and develop solutions to address business requirements, including test scenarios, scripts, and test data.
• Coordinate and support testing activities such as integration testing, SQA, and user testing.
• Support the creation of training documentation and delivery of user training.
• Assist in developing SOPs, work instructions, and other relevant documentation.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of post-production issues, documenting resolutions and updating documentation.
• Communicate potential risks to the project team verbally and in writing.
• Support multi-functional business systems for supply chain, including Oracle EBS and analytics.
• Assist the project team with analysis, content build, review, editing, and preparation.
• Maintain awareness of projects or changes to other systems that may affect applications/systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, IT, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation projects, data conversion, and process mapping.
• Working experience with Oracle ERP.
• Good knowledge of business operations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to create business requirements specifications.

Nice-to-haves

• Working domain experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of Oracle ERP.
• Experience with MS Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Proficient skills in written, verbal, and spoken English.
