About the position

As an Oracle ERP/HCM Automation Test Manager at Accenture, you will lead a testing team responsible for planning, designing, and executing release tests. Your role will involve leveraging your business and functional knowledge to meet testing objectives, coaching testers, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the testing process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a detailed test plan with objectives, schedule, deliverables, test environment setup, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the test team to create comprehensive test scenarios and cases, ensuring coverage of all functionalities and requirements.
• Oversee test case execution following the test plan and keep management informed for a smooth testing process.
• Provide daily and weekly testing metrics to program leadership and consolidate findings for defect analysis.
• Manage defects using a tracking system and produce test closure documents.
• Evaluate testing effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement to elevate testing quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle ERP or HCM Cloud.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in testing, including test planning, test development, and test execution.
• A minimum of 1 year experience using TOSCA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• If Associate Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using office automation and project planning tools.
• Experience serving as a test manager for Oracle applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP or HCM Cloud technology and implementations.
• Oracle Cloud certifications.
