About the position

The Oracle Cloud Financials Principal Consultant at Infosys is responsible for leading the implementation of financial solutions within Oracle Fusion Applications. This role involves solution design, configuration, and demonstration of key functionalities to clients, focusing on modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. The consultant will also guide a team of functional and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design and configurations for Oracle Fusion Financials applications.
• Demonstrate key functionalities to clients and manage overall implementation of financial solutions.
• Provide expertise in implementing industry best practices and customizing Oracle Fusion applications as per client requirements.
• Interact with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to analyze existing processes and design new process flows.
• Guide a team of functional and technical consultants in implementing solutions in respective functional areas.
• Conduct Systems Integration testing sessions and user acceptance testing, and plan/execute UAT/Production migrations.

Requirements

• At least 11+ years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications and deep understanding of Finance offerings.
• Experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle General Ledger, Receivables, or Payables.
• Knowledge of integrating Fusion applications with external systems using web services, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in high-tech manufacturing companies and exposure to their business flows.
• Familiarity with Oracle R12 EBS applications or other ERP systems.
