We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our global FSO Advisory, System Integration (SI) Oracle team. Individuals will work directly with EY leadership and clients to integrate Oracle solutions that transform the way they do business. You will work to identify business requirements and identify solutions that align with Oracle technologies supporting the finance organizations of our clients. As a key member of this team, you'll be looked at to manage and supervise a global team of technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a global team of technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle.
  • Define requirements, architecture, and functional design for Oracle solutions.
  • Oversee testing and implementation of Oracle technologies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project/program team economics and performance against job arrangements and budgets.
  • Adjust project scope, timing, and resources as necessary to ensure quality execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of system implementation execution and design.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing repeatable services, tools, and thought leadership.
  • Possess applicable knowledge of Oracle technologies related to Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion EPM, or OFSAA/FAH.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70-100%.

Nice-to-haves

  • Post-graduate/Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience managing against an onshore/offshore model.
  • Experience in finance transformation and accelerated close projects.
  • Knowledge of business and IT process reengineering.
