About the position
The Functional Sr. Consultant at Infosys will focus on Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, specifically in Finance areas such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management. This role involves interfacing with key stakeholders, leading the design and validation of solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and support activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
- Create high-level design artifacts and lead detailed solution design.
- Validate requirements with product offerings and manage customization requests.
- Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for custom development and facilitate client-facing discussions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, solutioning, design, milestone testing, cutover, and conversions.
- Provide Go Live and production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 3+ years of Oracle Cloud experience with 2 end-to-end implementations.
- Functional skills across AR, AP, GL, FA, AGIS, and Cash Management.
- Experience in requirement gathering and creating business requirement documents.
Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP/Cloud across manufacturing customers.
- Experience in Oracle Implementation including development of integrations, custom reports, and extensions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
