Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle Cloud full life cycle implementation projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud functionalities, best practices, and integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and performance metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on business development and Oracle Cloud full life cycle implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex financial projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and implementation methodologies.
