About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Forms Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Forms and a strong technical background in Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and modifying Oracle Forms and Reports, as well as a deep understanding of Oracle Database, including schema design, data manipulation, and performance tuning. The role requires expertise in PL/SQL coding and SQL tuning, along with the ability to analyze and write complex SQL statements. The candidate will work closely with an existing team to maintain and enhance Oracle forms and reports, while also interacting with users to troubleshoot issues and respond to database design requests.
Responsibilities
- Create and modify Oracle Forms and Reports ver. 12c
- Create and modify backend objects, including functions, procedures, packages, triggers, and sequences
- Work with Oracle Database, focusing on schema design, data manipulation, and performance tuning
- Analyze and write Oracle PL/SQL code
- Upgrade Oracle Forms and Reports as needed
- Utilize Oracle SQL Developer at an expert level
- Conduct unit tests, documentation, and code reviews
- Collaborate with the existing team to maintain current Oracle forms and reports
- Interact with users to troubleshoot issues and respond to database design requests in a timely manner
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle Forms
- Strong technical skills in Oracle and hands-on experience with Oracle Forms
- Expert level knowledge in PL/SQL coding and SQL tuning
- Experience with Oracle Database 12c
- Ability to analyze and write complex SQL statements using multi-table joins and exist clauses
- Experience in creating and modifying backend objects such as functions, procedures, packages, triggers, and sequences
Nice-to-haves
- Healthcare knowledge, specifically in the Specialty Pharmacy domain
- Working experience with pharmacists
