About the position

The Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Developer will be responsible for managing IT applications, integrations, and configurations to support the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, specifically focusing on the Oracle HCM application. This remote position requires expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and development of custom business reports and forms, ensuring effective delivery of business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned IT applications and integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
  • Support the Oracle HCM application and migration to Redwood.
  • Design, troubleshoot, tune, and maintain applications and processes as needed.
  • Develop custom business reports and forms across multiple technologies.
  • Debug, trace, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  • Maintain secure applications and application extensions in various systems.
  • Read code specifications to identify gaps and vulnerabilities.
  • Utilize APIs to retrieve and send data between business systems.
  • Document code and business processes, participating in peer code reviews.
  • Research solutions independently and manage support cases.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or specialized training/certification or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 4+ years of IT and/or Information Technology related technical experience.
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Demonstrated team collaboration skills.
  • Expert desktop and productivity software skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Oracle EBS Development tools (SQL Developer, BI Publisher, Reports).
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion).
  • Experience in Oracle EBS Applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working among cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent work ethic with a passion for learning.
  • Experience with common IT best practice or methodology frameworks (e.g. NIST, ITIL, Agile/Scrum).
  • 2+ years' prior experience in an IT service center role.
  • Bachelor's (BS) degree in Computer Science, business administration or a technology-related field.
  • Oracle Database Certifications: Advanced PL/SQL, Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integrations.
