About the position

The Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer position is a critical role within a technical team transitioning from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Financials. The primary focus is on enhancing in-house capabilities in Oracle Cloud Fusion, particularly in reporting solutions and system integrations. This role involves collaboration with implementation partners and end-users to define and deliver reporting requirements, as well as supporting migration efforts and building a robust internal team for ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with implementation partners and end-users to define and deliver reporting requirements across various Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, focusing on Discrete Manufacturing, Order Management, and iProcurement.
• Develop necessary integrations, customizations, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) programs.
• Support the migration efforts from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Financials, leveraging specialized knowledge in Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Actively participate in building a robust internal team to manage ongoing support and project work, transitioning from reliance on external consulting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion development, with a strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions.
• Previous involvement in large-scale ERP migrations, preferably from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
