About the position

The Oracle Fusion Cloud System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all technical aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, EPM, and HCM. This role involves managing quarterly patch deployments, instance management, security roles, and integrations, while providing technical guidance to team members and collaborating with implementation partners and business teams to ensure project deliverables align with business processes and IT standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM quarterly release and patch deployments.
  • Oversee instance management for Dev, Test, and Prod environments.
  • Administer Oracle Fusion Cloud application metadata and configurations.
  • Manage user security, roles, and workflows within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  • Conduct regular security audits to identify and fix vulnerabilities.
  • Perform system/service maintenance tasks and backup/recovery of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Monitor application performance and architecture for reliability and integrity.
  • Communicate maintenance schedules and outages with internal staff and vendors.
  • Design and implement best practices for application functionality and security.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Document system requirements and process flows.
  • Assist and mentor technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations.
  • Implement new system integrations and update existing integrations as per business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Seven years of progressive IT experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 7+ years of overall ERP Administration Experience.
  • 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & HCM.
  • Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Experience in leading full projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing and Roll-out.
  • Excellent collaborative and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Desire to teach and mentor other engineers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong business acumen/experience in Finance/HR/Payroll areas.
  • Demonstrated initiative to stay current on technology advancements.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Salary range of $111,108.00 - $127,656.00 annually.
