About the position

The Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant will play a pivotal role in defining business requirements and designing tailored solutions to meet the unique HR needs of clients. This position involves leveraging expertise to provide strategic insights and translating requirements into effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their HR challenges and define detailed business requirements
• Create tailored Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to meet client needs, ensuring they are effective and efficient
• Provide expert advice and strategic insights to help clients overcome HR challenges and optimize their processes
• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and client requirements
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the solutions are robust and reliable.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Proficiency in configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design solutions that address client challenges
• Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plus
