About the position
The Oracle Fusion QMS Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the Quality Management and Product Development modules within Oracle Fusion. This role involves overseeing user lifecycles, access role privileges, configuration updates, and championing continuous improvement in the Fusion QMS application. The administrator will work cross-functionally with various departments to provide application support and training, lead change approval meetings, and assist with data management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage user lifecycles and access role privileges in Oracle Fusion QMS.
- Lead weekly change approval board (CAB) meetings to review change requests.
- Support the new product introduction stage gate process and assist with data imports.
- Provide guidance for accurate set-up and validation of product data in Oracle Fusion.
- Understand and update Fusion configurations, validations, and list values.
- Work with IT developers on project initiatives for Fusion QMS enhancements.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of interface errors between Fusion QMS and Oracle ERP.
- Support the processing of Change Orders within the Fusion QMS system.
- Support data extracts and reporting of product data, change orders, and quality issues.
- Support testing and validation activities related to Oracle software updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
- Experience with systems validations in a Medical Device environment.
- Experience with integration to Oracle ERP, including Items, BOMs, Change Orders, and Revisions.
Nice-to-haves
- Oracle certification - Fusion Quality Management or Product Development
- Experience with Hitachi SCMnet
- Experience working with Oracle ERP Engineering and Inventory modules.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $107,000 to $130,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.
