About the position

The Oracle Fusion Technical- HCM Analytics Warehouse (FAW/FDI) Lead is a senior consultant role responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions for clients. This position requires strategic guidance, solution design, and high-quality service delivery to meet business needs, while collaborating with multi-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions according to client requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence architecture, data modeling, and standard methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence tools.
• Perform data integration tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to populate the analytics warehouse.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to ensure efficient data processing and query performance.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience designing and supporting Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions.
• At least one end-to-end project implementation in Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• Experience crafting high-performance custom workbooks, canvases, and custom metrics.
• Experience in implementing Data Pipeline, Data Augmentation Semantic Model Extension and FDI custom security.
• In-depth knowledge of report query generation, FDI tables/schema, and subject areas.
• Experience in other Oracle cloud reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in HCM module is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications or other Oracle Cloud offerings is highly desirable.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Consistent track record of leading successful Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence implementations from concept to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect, Oracle Cloud Data Warehouse Specialist, or Oracle Fusion Middleware Specialist are a plus.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud offerings beyond FDI.
