About the position

The Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst - Compensation & Talent is a contract-to-hire role focused on the implementation and support of Oracle HCM solutions, specifically in the areas of Compensation and Talent. The analyst will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure effective integration of payroll solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid background in Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document payroll-related business requirements.
  • Review and analyze current payroll processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Configure and design Oracle HCM modules like Compensation Cloud, Performance Management, and Talent Review to address business needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions during the implementation phase.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new functionalities in the compensation and talent modules.
  • Monitor and maintain Oracle HCM systems proactively to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on compensation and talent processes, configurations, and system updates.
  • Ensure systems and processes adhere to regulatory and security requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, specializing in Oracle HCM Compensation and Talent modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Talent implementation and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
  • Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Reporting, Payroll, and Workflow.
