About the position

The Oracle HCM Cloud Developer position at The Baer Group involves designing, developing, and maintaining integrations, reports, and extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud as part of a 6-month federal project. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring data accuracy and security throughout the development process.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations, reports, and extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Build and manage HCM data conversions and complex interfaces, ensuring seamless data flows across systems.
• Develop custom BI Publisher reports, Oracle HCM Cloud BI reports, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, reports, and interfaces.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to develop and deploy integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security when developing and maintaining reports and interfaces.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM Cloud features and functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, reports, and extensions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Development, specifically with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and Analytics Publisher.
• Advanced expertise in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for integration and deployment.
• Strong experience in developing custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Excellent understanding of HCM modules and the underlying data structures.
• Public Trust Security Clearance is required.
